This page offers information about the Credits Report option in Chaos Cloud rendering.

Overview

Chaos Cloud rendering offers a way to obtain detailed information about your credit usage per job. The credit usage report can be compiled per project or for all jobs so far. You can export it as a .pdf or .csv file for offline use.

Credit Usage of One Project

There are two ways to export a credit usage report containing project details:

Go to Projects > settings button and select Credits Report.

A dialog menu opens. Select the timeframe of your report either from the calendar or from the drop-down menu. Select how to download the file - as a .pdf or .csv file.

The other way to export a credit usage report is to go inside the selected Project. Then from the Settings menu select the Credits Report.

The dialog will prompt you to choose the timeframe of the report and how to export it.

All Projects Report

To export a report for all projects altogether, go to Resources

Select the timeframe and the download format and export the file for offline use.

Report Components

The information of the report is spread into the following columns:

  • UID - Contains the job ID and a link to the job itself. Jobs that have been deleted have no links to the Portal.
  • Name - Name of the job;
  • Project - Project name;
  • State - Current state of the job;
  • Created - Time of creation of the job (UTC);
  • Width/Height - Width and height of the submitted job;
  • Output Size - Size of the output image(s) of the job in MB;
  • Frames - Number of frames, if the job is an animation;
  • Total time - Total time is the sum of the times of all executions of the job. Note: a job has multiple executions if it has been paused and resumed.
  • Spent - Amount of credits spent for the job. For refunded jobs there is a second row with positive amount of spent credits. Manual refunds before July 31, 2020, done by Chaos support agents are not included in the report.

Jobs that failed or were stopped during the upload phase are not included in the report because they have not used any credits.
