Each Chaos Cloud job is rendered with the latest publicly available build of the V-Ray version used to create the original scene, e.g. a scene created with V-Ray Next is rendered with the latest publicly available version of V-Ray Next. |

Please note, that each Important about scenes created with V-Ray 3: All failed jobs created with V-Ray version 3 .6 and above can export a .vrscene file that can be rendered in Chaos Cloudwill still be automatically refunded. However, issues with such jobs won't be investigated by the Chaos Support teams as V-Ray 3 is officially not supported anymore. |
