The Shadows Render Channel works as a reverse mask for shadows. It is a color image that can be used to lighten, darken, or tint shadows. Shadows can be lightened in the composite by adding this render channel or darkened by subtracting this render pass from the final composite.

The Shadow render channel is the product of multiplying the Raw Shadow Render Channel with the Diffuse Render Channel in the composite.

Channel Name – Customizable name for the render channel.

Enable Deep Output – Specifies whether to include this render channel in deep images.

Color Mapping – 

Consider For Anti-Aliasing – When enabled, anti-aliasing is used where possible.

Filtering –  Applies an image filter to this channel.

Vfb Color Corrections – Applies the post-render color adjustments made from the VFB.

Denoise – Enables the render channel's denoising, provided the Denoiser is enabled.
