For Windows, the files can be found in the folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Chaos\telemetry. For Linux and macOS, the files can be found in the home directory of the current user: ${HOME}/.Chaos/telemetry/.

The Feedback program settings can be changed at any time in Houdini after installing V-Ray. They can be accessed through the V-Ray menu > About V-Ray. Clicking the Feedback Program Settings button launches the Chaos Telemetry settings window.
