This page provides information on the Settings tab in Render Setup window.


Overview

The Settings tab has global settings including displacement and texture settings. The Settings tab is available in the Render Setup window.

Rollouts

The Settings tab consists of several rollouts:

 

Authorization

View and edit license server information and settings.                                                                          

About V-Ray

Displays V-Ray version number, EULA, credits and copyrights, and Feedback Program settings.

Color management

Settings for sRGB and ACEScg rendering workflows.                                                                              

Default displacement

Settings for displacement materials that do not have a Displacement Modifier applied.          

System

Overall settings for various operations of the V-Ray renderer.                                                    

Tiled textures options

Settings for cache behavior related to textures.                                                                          

Proxy preview cache

Settings for the VRayProxy preview cache.                                                                                  

Render setup preferences

Resets the render settings to default values.
