This page provides information about the Start/Stop Vantage Live Link session tool in Corona for 3ds Max.
Overview
The Start/Stop Vantage Live Link session tool helps you send your 3ds Max scene to Chaos Vantage with a click of a button. Any changes you make in the scene will be sent instantly to Vantage without the need to reexport the scene. You need to have Corona for 3ds Max installed in order to use this tool.
Installation
The installation of the Start/Stop Vantage Live Link session tools comes with the installation of Corona 12 for 3ds Max, update 1 and later.

UI Path
To access the Start/Stop Vantage Live Link session tools, in 3ds Max go to:

||Render Setup|| > System > Vantage Live Link
Usage
To use the tool, just click the Start/Stop Vantage Live Link session toolbar button and a Live Link session will be initialized between 3ds Max and Chaos Vantage. The tool automatically:
- Starts Chaos Vantage if it is not already running.
- Sends the scene to Chaos Vantage on 20701 port.
Alternatively, use the Vantage Live Link button in the Render Setup > System.
To stop a Live Link session, click again the Start/Stop Vantage Live Link session button in the toolbar, or go to Render Setup > System and click Stop Live Link.
