Uninstalling V-Ray

The Uninstaller originally resides in the following location: C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\your Blender version\scripts\addons\vray_blender\uninstall.

To access the V-Ray uninstaller from the Start menu, search for Uninstall V-Ray for Blender and select the Blender version from which you would like to uninstall V-Ray.
