This page provides information about the Chaos Cloud Collaboration structure and functionalities. 


Overview


The My Projects space contains all your projects, files, and Virtual tours that you can share and work on with others. Chaos Cloud Collaboration allows you to upload files directly or share images from our direct product integrations. You can upload multiple versions of your renders and organize your files into folders. You can invite others via email or share a direct link. The platform lets you to review images, pin comments, and resolve suggestions. Various annotation tools, such as shapes and free draw, are available for your use.



My Projects


My Projects is the landing page of Cloud Collaboration. It contains your projects.

Searches all projects and files.

Displays all personal projects.

Displays all files that are shared with you.

Displays all discarded files that are automatically removed forever after 60 days.

Opens the Create project popup window.

Sorts projects by Name, date Created on, or Modified on

Inverts the order of items.

Switches to list view.

Switches to grid view.



New Project


After creating a new project, it appears in the My projects space. Click on the project to access it. A project can contain Folders, Virtual tours, and Files

Opens the Information menu.

Opens the Share project popup window. 

Opens the Create virtual tour popup window.

Opens the Create folder popup window.

Uploads files from your computer. You can upload up to 10 files, 100 MB at a time. Supports: PNG, JPEG, WEBP, GIF, TIFF, AVIF and EXR files.

Sorts projects by Name, date Created on, or Modified on

Inverts the order of items.

Switches to list view.

Switches to grid view.



Folders and Virtual Tours


Shows the number of comments for this Folder or Virtual tour.

Opens the Folder or Virtual tour options menu.


Share – Opens the Share popup window. 
Rename – Edits the item name.  
Move to – Moves this item to another location within the My projects space
Copy folder/virtual tour – Copies this item to another location within the My projects space. 
Remove – Sends the item to the Trash. 



Files


Shows the file version.

Shows the number of comments for this file.

Opens the file options menu.


Share – Opens the Share file popup window.
Rename – Edits the file name.
Move to – Moves this file to another location within the My projects space. 
Copy file – Copies this file to another location within the My projects space.
Upload new version – Uploads a new file version. 
Download file (version) – Downloads a specific file version.
Delete file version – Deletes a specific file version.
Remove file – Sends the file to the Trash.

Select the file version you want to download or delete from the dropdown menu. 





Virtual Tour


After creating a Virtual tour, it appears in the current project. Click on the Virtual tour to open it and add files.

Opens the Information menu.

Opens the Virtual tour comments menu.

Opens the Share project popup window.

Opens the Virtual tour Edit menu.

Starts the Virtual tour in full-screen.

Opens the Add files popup window. Select from already uploaded files in other projects or folders to add to the currently opened Virtual tour.

Sorts projects by Name, date Created on, or Modified on, or Custom order.

Inverts the order of items.


Equirectangular/spherical panoramas, cube and stereo panoramas (left-right & top-down types) are supported.

Drag and drop files to change their order within a Virtual tour to create a custom arrangement.




Files in Virtual Tours


Shows the file version.

Shows the number of comments for this file.

Opens the file options menu.


Rename – Edits the file name.
Move to – Moves this file to another location within the My projects space.
Copy file – Copies this file to another location within the My projects space.
Set as floor plan – Sets the image as the floor plan for this Virtual tour. Only a flat image can be set as the floor plan.
Upload new version – Uploads a new file version.
Download file (version) – Downloads a specific file version.
Delete file version – Deletes a specific file version. 
Remove – Sends the file to the Trash.
