This page provides information about the V-Ray-supported versions of platforms that can use Chaos Cloud Rendering.
Each Chaos Cloud job is rendered with the latest publicly available build of the V-Ray version used to create the original scene. For example, a scene created with V-Ray 7 is rendered with the latest publicly available version of V-Ray 7.
The Chaos Support team provides support for the following products:
- V-Ray 7 for: 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Rhino, Houdini, Revit, Blender, and Cinema 4D
- V-Ray 6 for: 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Rhino, Houdini, Revit, and Cinema 4D
- V-Ray 5 for: Revit
All failed jobs created with earlier V-Ray versions will still be automatically refunded. However, the Chaos Support teams won't investigate issues with such jobs.
