Table of Contents

This page provides information about V-Ray Swarm's additional menu items.

Overview

The following menu items are part of the V-Ray Swarm web interface. They can help you troubleshoot errors, track resource usage, and view version information.

Resources

The Resources page can be accessed by typing http://[IP_ADDRESS]:1113/resources. It displays informational graphs of the machine's usage for CPU, GPU, Memory, Network load and Storage in real time.

Versions

The Versions page can be accessed by typing http://[IP_ADDRESS]:1113/versions.

There can be more than one version, depending on the V-Ray builds currently installed and used for rendering within 3D applications. If the Workstation needs a V-Ray build different from the available on the machine, it will be uploaded and started for rendering the job. V-Ray Swarm uploads the needed builds automatically and ensures that all the render nodes use the same V-Ray build while rendering a job.

The builds can be deleted manually by clicking on the trash icon next to the V-Ray build. Note that V-Ray should be disabled before the deletion.

Log

The Log page can be accessed by typing http://[IP_ADDRESS]:1113/log. It displays the V-Ray render log, which is useful for troubleshooting purposes. When the machine's status becomes Failed this page provides useful information regarding the problem.

Autoscroll – Scrolls to the bottom of the log automatically.

Wrap linesWraps lines.

Swave full log – Downloads the full log record.

About

The About page can be accessed by going to http://[IP_ADDRESS]:1113/about. This page provides the Changelog, EULA, Built, and Troubleshooting information.
