This page provides information about the Bump Normals ID render element in V-Ray for Rhino.

 

Overview


Creates a normal-style image from the camera view considering bump and normal maps in scene shaders. The normals are generated in screen space which uses XYZ orientation of the camera view. With Screen space the X axis runs left-right across the view, Y runs up-down, and Z points out of the screen.
