This page provides information about the purchasing process.
Overview
First Purchase
To purchase a subscription seat of anima® ALL for the first time, go to the anima® product on the Chaos website and select your preferred subscription plan:
After the selected plan is added to your cart, the right side of the website will display the cart's products. The total price is calculated depending on the plan selected and on the quantity specified, which can be modified directly if needed, and all the prices will instantly adapt to it. Then, you just need to follow 3 easy steps to complete the purchase.
At step 1, the system checks if you have already signed in to the Chaos website. If not, you will be asked to do it or, alternatively, to provide an email that will be then used to create a new Chaos account:
On step 2, you will be asked to provide the billing information that you want to use for this purchase:
Finally, on step 3, you can select the payment method you want to use, and proceed to complete the purchase:
Once the purchase is completed, you will find your products in the MyChaos portal, under the section Products > Active products:
After the first purchase, the information provided will be stored in your account and re-used on next purchases to make the process quicker and easier for you. If you want to modify it in the future, you can do it also in the MyChaos portal, at the section Billing > Billing information.
Then, you can click on the link Manage devices to go directly to your subscription admin panel on the AXYZ website:

Now, let's assume that we have already purchased that 1 seats for a month and, a few days later, we realize that we need more people working with anima® at the same time, so we decide to add 3 more seats to our subscription get a total of 4 seats.
So, we go to MyChaos portal, under the section Products > Active products and click on the + Add seats link:
In the Add seats dialog, you can set the desired number of extra seats that should be added, which is 3 in our example.
The price of the new seats will be proportional to the remaining time on the subscription selected. In our case, as we are adding 3 seats on the August 7th, 2024, the total of the Pro rata price is 293,27 € (97,75 € per seat) instead of the 137,25 € that we paid for the first seat because there are only 22 days remaining on the current subscription period.
Also, we get a preview of the total price that will be billed for the renewal, which in this example would be the next month:
As soon as you click on the ADD button, the purchase will be instantly processed using the billing information already present in your Chaos account. Then, the following message will appear to confirm that the purchase was completed:
And the new 3 seats will be visible and active for the same subscription period:
Subscription Renewals
By default, after a new purchase is made, the auto-renewal option is enabled to make it easier for the user to continue using the service without interruptions.
This option can be disabled anytime, but keep in mind that any change in the subscription will be taken into account for the current period if it is made 14 days before renewal for monthly plans or 30 days before renewal for yearly ones.
How to disable auto-renewal?
To disable the auto-renewal you can follow the steps described below:
- Go to MyChaos portal, under the section Products > Active products and click on the Disable auto renewal link as shown below:
- Then confirm your choice in the Confirmation dialog that appears:
- And, finally, complete the quick survey to let us understand the reason behind your decision and help us to keep improving our products.
Once the survey is done, the auto-renewal option will appear as disabled, and the number of remaining days of service will be shown:
How to enable auto-renewal?
The auto-renewal is enabled automatically after the first purchase, so you don't need to enable it manually.
However, if you have manually disabled it before, you can re-enable it again by following the steps described below:
- Go to MyChaos portal, under the section Products > Active products and click on the Enable auto-renewal link as shown below:
- Then confirm your choice in the Confirmation dialog that appears:
- And finally, you will get the following confirmation message:
