Table of Contents

This page provides a quick starting point for creating cameras from the current view and updating camera properties in Chaos Vantage.

For more information on creating animated cameras, see the Recording Camera Movement page.

Overview

When loading a scene in Chaos Vantage, the default camera stored in the .vrscene file is used. However, when navigating through the scene, you can save many camera views and go back to them when needed.

You can do the following actions with cameras in your scene:

  • create
  • rename
  • update properties
  • delete

Starting with Chaos Vantage 2.5, if you have numerous cameras, you can filter and sort them through the respective options in the Camera lister.
