This page provides information on the Proxy preview cache rollout.


Overview

The Proxy preview cache rollout is accessible through the Settings tab of the Render Setup window. The options in it determine how the viewport preview information for VRayProxy objects is cached.


UI Path: ||Render Setup window|| > Settings tab > Proxy preview cache rollout (Renderer set to V-Ray)


 


Parameters

Enable preview cache – When enabled, viewport preview information for all VRayProxy objects in the scene is cached for every frame, thus speeding up viewport drawing and responsiveness.

Reset cache – Clears all cached information.
