This page introduces the Volumetric Grid Parameters located in the Modify tab.

Overview

After the VRayVolumeGrid is created, its parameters can be accessed on the Modify tab of the Command panel.

Rollouts

The following rollouts contain parameters for modifying the volume grid.


Frame Info Rollout

Displays information on the loaded volume data.

Grid Rollout

Provides controls to render a volume without any loaded cache from the Input rollout.

Input Rollout

Provides controls for multiple frame input, timing of frames, and blending/smoothing of frames.

Preview Rollout

Provides controls for how the volume grid effect is displayed in the viewport.

Rendering Rollout

Provides controls for how the volume grid effect is rendered.
