When you download the asset, you can reuse it across the different host platforms. It is saved locally at the following directory: TO ADD THE DIRECTORY. Note that the download storage can be configured. BUT HOW?
Once the download is complete, you can either use the Import button to bring the asset into the host platform or drag-and-drop it to the scene.
