This page provides information about the Lighting Render Channel in V-Ray for Blender.
Overview
The Lighting Render Channel stores direct lighting information from lights in the scene and materials as lit by the lighting. This render channel can be used to brighten, lessen, or tint the direct lighting in a composite.
The V-Ray Lighting render channel is the same as V-Ray Raw Lighting multiplied by V-Ray Diffuse. V-Ray Lighting is provided as a convenience to the compositor.
