V-Ray for Cinema 4D offers two types of textures - the classic textures and the node textures (available for Cinema 4D versions 21.1 and later only). 


Classic Textures

V-Ray textures available in all V-Ray versions.

Node Textures

V-Ray node textures used in the V-Ray Node Space.
