The Layer Property Panel allows you to add the layer to a selection set and control the border and safe area previews.
Properties

The Transform properties are available when a layer is selected in the layer stack.
Name – Specifies a Name for the current layer that is displayed in the layer stack. The user can also use those unique names when writing embedded text fields.
Group – Specifies a Group ID for the current layer. The Group ID can be used to create selection sets.
Border – Enables the preview of a border.
Safe Area – Enables the preview of a safe area and allows you to specify its color.
